Covid 19 (Corona Virus) – Notice to all clients

On behalf of the entire staff at Prestige Law Personal Injury & Car Accident Lawyers, we hope that you and your family are safe and well in these very difficult times of dealing with the Corona Virus. 

I would like to provide you with some information about our Firm’s Operation and the status of your case.   Our Firm continues to be open and operates normally as before.   We have launched our new website www.prestigelaw.com with a lot of useful information and news about our firm.  I will try to post further updates about the Corona Pandemic and operations on our website.  Please feel free to visit our website for updates and more useful information and please provide us with any feedback or comments.

We are planning to keep the office open.  In the event that we get orders from the City or the County to close the office, we are fully prepared to work remotely from home and to answer your phone calls and emails.  So even then we are still going to be functional and working on your case.

Your case is still active and going forward and we will ensure that we obtain the settlement that you deserve.   As you may have heard, the LA Superior Court has completely shut down until Friday, March 20, 2020.  Thereafter it will only be opened for the limited purpose of hearing essential emergency matters until next month.    Many of the doctors’ offices that you have treated with are unfortunately closed.   In addition, while the insurance companies seem to be open, it has become very difficult to communicate with your handling adjusters.    Because of these issues, we expect what we hope to be only a short 30-day delay in your case until the threat of Corona Virus has passed.   This delay will not have any negative consequences on your case other than the inconvenience of having to wait longer for your settlement than expected.   We are here to ensure that all deadlines on your case are met so that we maximize your settlement.
