Danielle is our lien negotiator. Danielle comes to us with over 16 years of Mortgage Banking Default Servicing experience. Her love of numbers and keen eye for detail helped her earn her way up from an Investor Procurement Technician to a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. Danielle specialized in risk management, working directly with HUD on annual audits, all the while negotiating to keep many homeowners in their homes. Danielle and her husband have raised their 4 children and 5 grandchildren in Simi Valley. She spends her weekends enjoying her beautiful family.
