P. Paul Aghabala is the President and founder of Prestige Law.

As members of a minority group, Paul’s family was forced to escape a religious revolution for safety and freedom in America. This experience has influenced Paul’s desire to fight relentlessly on behalf of clients seeking justice.

Paul attended the University of California Irvine, receiving his B.S. degree in Biological Sciences. He then graduated from the Southwestern University School of Law where he was recognized for outstanding achievement. Paul has passed the U.S. Patent Bar Exam and is a registered United States Patent and Trademark Office Agent.

With over 19 years of experience, Paul has won numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements in the field of personal injury, specializing in catastrophic injury. He has successfully helped clients attain justice in the fields of employment law, worker’s compensation, and elder abuse. Over the past nineteen years, Paul has tried 15 cases as lead attorney in addition to 10 trials as co-counsel. He keeps up to date on the latest developments in the law through a combination of training, seminars, and courtroom experience.

Driven by his desire to achieve justice for his clients, Paul recently won an $8 million settlement in a catastrophic injury case in which the client fell on his head from the second floor of a project site. Paul followed this victory with a win for a client who was run over by a negligent driver during a bicycle ride. The case was settled for $1,250,000 within 9 months from the moment the client contacted the Prestige Law Firm.

In 2018, Paul won a $3,050,00 jury trial verdict in a business dispute case where the defendant’s negligent business practices caused damages to Paul’s client. Paul obtained a seven-figure verdict for another client who was assaulted at the Greek Theater.

When he is not fighting for his clients, Paul is a devoted husband and father of two children. Paul enjoys playing soccer with his kids, hiking, and scuba diving in exotic locations.
